Terms, Fee & Refund Policy
Clear commercial terms for consultation booking.
Fee
₹1500 is payable in advance for one scheduled telephonic consultation. There is no additional consultation charge for that same scheduled consultation.
Separate optional items
Gemstones, products, shipping, a future fresh consultation or re-analysis are separate and optional. Their price, if any, must be disclosed before purchase.
Rescheduling
A reasonable rescheduling request should be made before the scheduled time. Repeated missed calls or no-shows may require a fresh booking.
Refunds
If Charu Enterprises cannot provide the booked consultation, the consultation fee should be refunded or rescheduled. Once a consultation has been provided, the fee is generally non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
